Editor’s Note: This event is the same weekend as the Robert Dancik Workshop Weekend.

MusicFest 2012: Sounds of Hope is looking for up to 15 established arts and crafts vendors who are interested in selling their high quality, family-friendly wares during our upcoming music festival. All proceeds from the event benefit Refuge House. MusicFest will be held the afternoon of Sunday, April 15, 2012, on the spacious grounds of Unity Eastside Church.

The music festival features 3 stages of entertainment with top-notch local musicians as well as seated massage, lots of food and fun activities for both children and adults. MusicFest is well publicized; we anticipate about 1500 attendees. All proceeds from the event benefit Refuge House.

Since vendor space is limited, applications must be received by Monday, March 19 to be considered. Please go to http://www.musicfesttally.org/index.php/artvendor to complete the Vendor Application Form. You will be notified no later than March 26 whether your application has been accepted. If you are accepted as a vendor, please submit your vendor fee of $50 by March 30. The vendor fee is non-refundable. Make the check payable to Unity Eastside-MusicFest; clearly indicate that it is for vendor space and mail to:

Please consider donating a portion of your proceeds to MusicFest to benefit the mission of Refuge House.

• We will provide 2 free admission tickets and a 12′ x 12′ space to set up your tables and tent/canopy.
• You provide your own table(s), tent, equipment, signs, etc. No booths or electricity are provided; only physical space on the grounds.
